Grateful that you've spurred me on to recalibrate what I'm grateful for as opposed to seeing the glass half filled with a clear poisonous liquid. The compare and despair world we reside in it's important to, as you note, "find that joy - from the little things" I may surely list those tiny things that I do or have done and be grateful for them for me. For being able to do them. Allow myself grace to accept myself as is and not as was. ๐๐ป
